I had been wondering if there is an element of "State sponsored" money laundering based on the reckless purchases I see local people having to compete with.
A strong foothold in the residential market would give massive leverage over the economy and any governments. And any wholesale re-possessions could easily be classed as some form of discriminatory attack.
