Dont get too excited just yet.

Today, its very likely that a new Prime Minister will be elected in Ukraine. Then, the PM will need to form a cabinet. Then, the cabinet will need to be sworn in. Then the Minister will need to appoint a new head for Ukratomprom. Then the new Head will need to formalise the new structure for Ukratomprom. Then Uran will be hoping for the Minister and the Head of Ukratomprom to review the protocol. The Uran would be hoping they they approve the protocol. Then Uran would be hoping that they sign of on the protocol. What if, they dont agree on the terms of references? Are they going to re-negotiate again? These are just some of the issues we need to be aware of.

On another note...when the Ukraine deal is finally signed off, I hope Uran doesnt announce it to the market with the following heading:

"Ukraine feasibility update"

If they do, and possibly very likely to happen, the market may not respond to the announcement and the SP may not move initially.
