Post consolidation we are looking at ~1.5B shares on issue discounting performance shares.

That is only a 50% dilution for current holders.

Pretty awesome really when you look at how much other backdoor listings are being diluted.

Now the interesting bit...

The pending $10M placement is for a maximum of 500M shares.

So the higher the stock price rises the next 4 weeks the less shares will be issued to raise our $10M.

2.5c placement = 400M shares
3.0c placement = 333M shares
4.0c placement = 250M shares
5.0c placement = 200M shares

This is the great thing about having a board with skin in the game.

Their interest are aligned with ours.
