Dr. S....you wrote that 2cts is the minimum for a CR according to ASX rules.
Does that mean that a SPP and offer to shareholders to buy at the same price is not the same as a CR?
I ask this because I recognize that other companies ,such as BML which raised some funds recently at $0.0075, have done the same. In fact GAL raised funds at $0.005. Please , could you explain where I am slightly off in my thinking? thanks
