2c...as in relation to reverse takeover to avoid a consolidation of shares. Those other companies were not reverse takeovers - just regular capital raising. No restriction on price.
Perhaps much of the market doesn't comprehend this - and thinks the company has a choice.
Simply put - GAL cannot do this capital raising at below 2c without consolidating shares - and a consolidation is something that GAL has just ruled out.
