    So $1B minus $267,000 per month = Happy taxpayers.

    Going on previous form, a quick look at some of these 'contracts' for office space would include several buildings owned by Unions. These would be let at generous market rates with substantial CPI-like increases for an extended number of years.

    A pattern of conduct all socialists should be rightly 'proud' of.
