Exxon said they dont have any spare capacity.....I read that as the 20mmcf currently being vented that would go Rancher.....the extra 97mmcfd of extra capacity that is expected to be brought online is what ELK would need to be involved with.....

and as for pipeline capacity, Sempra looking at extending the co2 pipeline up through the powder river basin into north Dakota....you dont do that if the pipeline has no more spare capacity....

in saying all that Connoco looks to be the most likely candidate if they are on a 6 month time frame to find a home for their co2....."..commisssioners must determine if a market actually exists for that amount"....says to me that there is a question mark over whether there will be enough takers for the co2.....ELK are only months away from being in a position to accept co2 many others are years away..
