Pretty dissapointing that the full amount was not achived for the raising. It sounded as tho' it was going to be fully subscribed. I wanted to apply for more, but did not bother - now they say they will decide what to do over the next 3 months - does that mean those that put up more money have to wait that long to see if they can get their allocation.
