This just reinforces the fact that the SI Govt really does not have any idea and are still very much operating in the dark ages. Such press releases should be vetted before being released especially given the significant nature of the outcome. Same as for the debacle surrounding the issuing of the licences, the invite to apply for a mining license and the initial ministerial controversy over the handling of the whole thing. Just shows how demoralising and quite frankly why companies shy away from doing business in the SI's.
