the govt are throwing $160 million in for the TV broadcast, thats a good start.
Dont forget the NBN is a $43 Billion project. If 10% of that was directed to satellite braodband coverage (and yes I know it doesnt really work like that)but that would be $4.3 billion.
Perhaps there is already $500 million reasons that Jabiru could succeed.
