The Minister's decision is NOT BEING REVIEWED, so this does not apply. Every time this is pointed out the posters get belligerent.
I will give you an analogy. The law requires that there must be nine jurors for you to be convicted of murder. You are convicted of murder and by the end of the trial there are only eight jurors. Yet, you are convicted and imprisoned. Your case comes up for review and your innocence,etc., isn't argued.
What is argued is that you were convicted by a jury of only eight people when the law requires nine. You are claiming that proper legal procedures were not followed.
Consider the minister's decision as your innocence or guilt here. What legal procedures are subject to the review here. You already know.
What matters is that the stay is lifted and an injunction is not issued.
