There is no doubt in my mind that Telstra could underprice all the competition out there if they wanted to, BUT as soon as it happened, the ACCC would slap an anti-competition notice on them in a flash!
What other company has to operate under unique company specific, archaic Trade Practices legislation as forced upon TLS.
And people wonder why Sol Trujillo was frequently at loggerheads with the government and ACCC!
There is no doubt in my mind that Telstra could underprice all...
