State and Federal home builder grants will be the saviour of Peet. They are well placed to take full advantage. WA Building Sales Reps are selling H & L packages at unprecedented rates this weekend.
Im expecting a significant jump in Q4 sales under contract. Q1 2021 settlements will roll in and extremely positive reporting thereafter.
Strong BUY for me. Good Luck and lets just hope we have plenty of titled stock ready to go.
