Interesting to see that Cedar Woods has also the same trajectory.
One of the driver : negative initial predictions regarding to house prices (following covid) have now been revised. Both, Peet and Cedar Woods, also benefit from their exposure to WA which is doing well now.
Of course, some risks remain, in particular the risk regarding default after repayment holiday. Interesting remark from ME Bank CEO who said that "more than we would have expected are going back to repayment".
