Most normal people expect a Doctor to know the difference between one unit and four units.
Maybe if he didn't tell the nurse that told him he had the wrong dosage then it wouldn't have happened.
When a qualified Doctor can't count, he/she shouldn't be registered.
PS did this so called Docter have a TER of 25 (times 4)?
