Can I just say, I really like the tag-on quote at the end of your posts! I think a lot of people on HC could really use that!
Totally agree with what you've said here. It's incumbent upon the Franchisor, not a regulator or body, to guarantee the quality of its franchisees. Hence why McDonald's doesn't need to rely on ASIC, ACCC, or whoever else to clean up their backyard for them.
