I wonder if Bunnings will be doing okay in the near future with regards to the current housing downturn. In the past, DIY was a hit as you could just do a cosmetic renovation and made a nice profit on your property. Bunnings sort of stores was a big hit. From what I hear, many tradies are missing out on jobs now..

But then again, probably it'll all be okay, as there will be more people renovating instead of buying. This is of course, if they still have some cash left to spend for renovation. From Fitch survey, seems that more and more homeowner are falling back in their mortgage repayment, let alone having some spare cash for renovation..Only God knows.
