If the Russians are so keen what is stopping them coming over the top for Polo's 10% stake in EXT that ITOCHU have offered to buy subject to shareholders approval?
ITOCHU have only offered approx $8.60 per share so it would still be a tremendous investment for them to up the offer to around $10-12..
