I would seriusly panic just about now if I owned OZL.
this is a win win for BHP and the Government. The banks will sell of the assets to cover their debt,Government will appear tough by knocking China back and BHP will receive a prized asset for a fraction of its value as they are the only ones around with any money.I feel for the share holders who are caught up in this political play.
