that is completely untrue. as a government worker myself, i can assure you that i spend way more time undertaking such activities as punting in the local TAB, drinking coffee, changing keyboard keys around on peoples keyboards, looking at my gold fish, going to meetings to schedule meetings to make decisions about how to make future big decisions, walking up and down st georges tce looking at girls, putting passive aggressive posters up in the kitchen to let people know i disapprove of their inability to wash spoons, reading the news, and much much more. get your facts right.
