With the Govt having a substantial holding in TLS, a higher dividend this April would certainly show that the government is harming itself if it continues to undermine TLS.
I think the government will press on with an NBN, but will have to increase its commitment, will need to undertake in in stages given the constant innovation in communication technology, and it will need Telstra. No other telco can deliver.
