They have to tell us the truth under ASX rules , are you kidding , most of the people on here complain constantly about companies providing information that is misleading or about timeines etc that are never met or a total lack of information. Yet how often is anyone prosecuted.
ASX is a toothless tiger and all anyone has to say is I thought it was true at the time , what a great get clause.
