    CEU has been chugging along nicely and I see more upside yet over a sustained period of time.

    The distribution being upped to 10.25c is a winner and the Federal Government announcing the Frankston By-Pass to link up with Eastlink can only bring in more $$$ for the tollway.

    A good announcement for ConnectEast.
