govt asks ccc for grocery enquiry

Just on cnbc, fed govt to ask ccc to probe why australian food has risen far more than in other countries.
Its amazing, i can go to coles and buy a coles brand size 15 frozen chook for under 5 bucks, yet a potatoe in same store costs more per kilo, in brissy spuds 3.88$ a kg in coles and all they did was dig it up, the chook they had to lay, hatch, feed, keep warm and process and its cheaper per kilo.
