    Dont know about now, but years ago all spuds had to be sold through the Potato Board (like wheat through AWB).
    Also, in the '70's, rail-wagon loads of spuds from WA to the East were crossing trains with spuds being shipped from the Eastern States to WA. Was some head-scratching on the logic there.
    While eggs are regulated through the "Egg Board", I dont think there is a regulatory board covering frozen chooks.
    Maybe the problem is too many flamin' boards.
