    can nmdc vote though ?? as directors themselves do they have to obstain ?? and if NMDC do vote then they will vote FOR as is mentioned in the intention of the CEO to use the votes FOR re-election as is mentioned in the AGM report - CEO intends to use all unused votes FOR every single resolution.

    i think the only way he is gone is if the directors cannot vote and hence NMDC has no say.
