Sorry about your TLS experience, no doubt frustrating, but fact is you did try and get TLS broadband as a first choice.
Have had a look at NCA before...I know they do their own cabling in regional centres, but they still have to hook up to TLS servers dont they? TLS still gets a fee from NCA.
The thing that worried me with NCA when I last looked is the same thing that worries me with DFT ( but not to such an extent) - from the numbers i got, they both would have to do a capital raising soon as they will run out of cash. I think from meory NCA did do a capital raising?? So why pay market price for the share, when you will probably get the sahre much cheaper via a rights issue or placement if you are keen later.
