Maybe waiting for fire sale to finish..considering everyones been so stressed this might put some ease to the worries.. Anyway hopefully it does an nfe type run from the lows l know it wont help all but 11 or 12 cents next month would be a start luck to all what a crap month..also if this is true then really wander about why not stay in halt a little longer as alot might have not been burnt..at least traders will have a gap to close on the way up
