Heads 2641 any person in business would have seen this coming,the shortcoming to say we did not think their would be fraudsters is pathetic.Ant business tries to get govt contracts because they all know they can rip them of without much checking or due dilligence going on,might add its being going on for years,so it was just not a neew problem,igorance on the govt part is simple no excuse,just imagine how this would be if this was 1 business they(govt) would bury them and slap as many fines as possible.All care no responesibility.Just remember when push,tradesmens excuse is we where rushed,or is it just incompetent tradesmen,no its the bosses fault the union would cry,not this time hmm,hmm?I`m in the union myself and see both sides of the coin not just one?No bosses,no jobs.
