And they dont seem to be any more engaged with CBM to power now than at any time since 2019 when there was at least some energy and activity around the 100MW tender. Since then - truly shocking progress by Govt. I dont actually blame Tlou for much of this agony - but I do blame them for their inability to deliver a pilot project after 10+ years of trying.
