I have started buying Telstra three months ago from 2.80 and avg is about 2.65. February 2011 will be a good month for me as I will get my dividend. I'm down approx 3% from current prices as of three months ago. My portfolio only consists of high yielding cash cows. if I bought for arguements sakes ANZ I would be down 8% with 4% dividend...I am currently down 3% with 10.5% dividend... do you see me worried? Yes it is a political football - unfortunately the government can't get its snout out of it - but it will one day soon. You either accumulate now or buy it off me at $4.50. Just the way i see it.
