Thats nearly enough to build a 150ktpa production module...lol
There is a lot of active CC initiatives in the Latrobe area, given that ECT is a listed Co. I find it unlikly that ECT will recieve and significant $$ form teh gov. The last big handout to ECT from the gov was in the mid 200k's chicken feed.
The most possitve point here is that this confirms the gov support to utilise the brown coal reserves. The down side is that the gov appear frustrated at the rate of progress, hence they are throwing $$ at it.
