Yes -- I am definitely one of those and I am a bit peeved. Not that I wanted to sell, but we have just bought a house and so I am forced to liquidate whether I want to or not. But had I known this ann was coming I could have waited a day or two -- I sold simply because today was a 'green' day in an overall negative market. Never mind, still hold 2/3 for the long run, but a bit p!ssed all the same...
