Yes I am an American, I understand what your saying. In the US there are many backdoor meetings or lobbyist. However when you talk about the power and control of a nation usually a government building is used unless extreme conditions exist. I hope they got something accomplished. For a US Example the issue of the debt limit. Sure both sides have had a small number members meet in private and in mostly undisclosed locations but when there is higher level discussion a government building is used. The caucus before then would meet in a party building. Now I know that not all nations can afford or enforce this and I will repeat myself I hope something was accomplished. but my greater and undeniable point is, if anyone uses history as a lesson of the reliability to follow through or to achieve a goal things look grim. PNG IS A DEAD HORSE AND TIME IS WASTED TRYING TO PROP IT UP IMO. I Look forward to the colt's evaluation of IP and future IP MST can provide, and I hope they see the profit therein.
To answer your first question yes I am an American. The VA branch of MST is 30-45 min. away.
Also it is frowned apon (to get caught) spending taxpayer or even donation dollars for cronyism even if they are a major contributor.
Google John Edwards for that example
Thanks for the reply I enjoy talking with you sir
