When will govt's wake up that some overdue tax incentives are desperately needed to encourage risk capital to search this old continent for more fossil fuels,for reaching at least self suffiency would be a HUGE step forward.Instead we sponsor ethanol,as the poor man's option.WAKE UP HOWARD,Aussies tell the politicians,that we have had no serious exploration going on for decades and now the world is starving for what we undoubtedly will find much more of,just like uranium,encourage us to go find more gas /oil,because it sure as apples will be there,but we must first spend the exploration dollars.
