Volts, read once that smoking was encouraged in mental institutions for that reason. I, too have sideffects when I quit, and indeed my wife had several times begged me to smoke again. Smoking definately medicates me . After quitting, my brain seems to clear more and more each day, but along with that new clearness comes a growing intolerance for B/S, idiots, and any form of annoyance....and yes, I have gone out in the hope that someone will upset me....... more psychopathic than shizo, I think. With my lungs absolutely R/S from chronic lung disease and the growth of pleural plaques from asbestos, I keep smoking to protect the public, lol.
