This paragraph from the Exec. Summary caught my eye:

Additional local production from Queensland fields in the Bowen and Surat basins, and production from new fields in existing
offshore basins in Victoria, represents the lowest cost way of ensuring upstream gas supply is available. Increasing production
from existing northern and southern basins generally results in a lower delivered cost of gas and is a fundamental part of the
solution to maintain downward pressure on prices. Domestic gas supply solutions also provide important regional investment
opportunities and support local jobs and communities.

It appears it is just a matter of time?
