    why is this stock stuck where it is.i noticed a giovani sold his 7 million stock at .6 last week and has half his PAXO for sale.
    is it cos he stuck so many on the sell side that it got hammered.
    i am expecting the signing of the PPA anyday and that should bring back large confidence imo
