Govt participation in SYR project, page-3

Hi Prime1, thanks for the response. Not sure what you are on about re source of entire quote, there is only one quote and I clearly stated it was from today's announcement by your near neighbour. So that diversion aside, the main part of my question was in regard to Govt participation, now from that announcement by your near neighbour "Government Participation (continued from the previous mining regime) ". So it would look like to me there is a requirement for Government participation under the previous mining regime, do you know what, if anything, this would entail? Is it a percentage free carry?
I take your point re standard contracts perhaps applying to only those under the new regime, though they do seem keen to treat everybody equally, perhaps a longer term goal, would be nice wouldn't it, the new laws do seem much more equitable for the Mozambique people, don't you agree?
