Pretty clear to anyone with a clue that the 'Paying for Everything' is via borrowing billions from the Empire (on the Empires direction), the billions borrowed by 'buying' the counterfeit that the 'Fed' has conjured up.
That the average moron will understand this is equivalent in chance to the chance that the Fed knows they won't zero sum game in moronity vs evil.
