But they must know we're an apathetic placid bunch. Could've done the same with a carton of beer to every male over 18.
I remember when they gave the first stimulus and they doubled the dole, the complaint was "why are they giving them so much money when they want them to stay home?"
I'm still wondering whether they are doing it for just that.
