    Scott, so much about their approach puzzles me because of its contradictions. Ostensibly, they are all for flattening the curve but then ignore/overlook obvious sources of transmission like you say. They don't stop the flights til too late, they unload infected ships in Sydney and let them travel nationwide, they wanted to keep schools open, now it's childcare instead. Its been a rails run if you wanted to spread a virus.

    But then they also don't say what their end goal is. Are we in a holding pattern til the vaccine or is it going for herd immunity because there is inherent risk in waiting for a coronavirus vaccine when its never been achieved before. I don't necessarily disagree with a path if it's rationally based on all considerations with a compassionate bent. As a society, if there's no vaccine we may be in a fix. The lack of transparency is bothersome.

    Fingers crossed for a vaccine breakthrough or treatment real soon.
