I would love to uptick your comment many times over Tree... you've got it right IMO.
Yet, as you say, there will be +ves in the end as business scales back on unnecessary floor space and more people work from home, - this will free up space for more high density accomodation. Tech will boom and bring many other changes - robotics and AI among others. childcare will become more necessary and may even become free with total govt funding, and public health initiatives will be boosted along with hospitals. Private hospitals and corporate subsidisation of insurance companies will be finally seen for the rort that it is and the savings will allow more local health centres to be built and involve schools with aged care.
Many of these things have been slowly building but as health takes on a new, higher priority I think these things will flourish.
