    He did comply with the rules and did not have to be jabbed. Even Birmingham now concedes that he had a valid medical exemption. Birmingham also concedes that ABF were wrong when the arrested him. Birmingham also concedes that Djokovic is a negligible threat to public health. However Birmingham is trying to save face by telling the new panel of judges that Djokovic is a threat to civil unrest and is undermining government messages. Yet Birmingham refuses to criticise either Clive Palmer, Craig Kelly or George Christensen.

    We will see in a few hours the end of this mess. Maybe they will reach a compromise and both sides walk away. Djokovic to play under strict quarantine and no public appearances that may stir up unrest.
