However Djokovic has not changed the law. He has abided by it and the minister now agrees he has abided by it.
The ministers new case is flimsy. Jcoure was correct when he/she posted that the minister should simply say "Ministerial discretion" without all the other nonsense about anti vaxx sentiment.
If a lawyer turns up in court and says he should be deported for 3 years because he may undercut the government vaccine message then the defence should just roll the vision of anti vaxx marches, George Christensen or Clive Palmer's UAP ads. That's a laughable arguement.
