Yes, it is a worry how many of our infrastructure assets are now or will be owned by foreign interests. Once they are foreign owned, decisions affecting their management and operations will be made overseas.
At the state level, look at Victoria, all its "public" transport assets are owned by overseas interests, and its energy assets as well.
We are fast becoming a branch office of businesses head quartered overseas.
