TLS is a natural monopoly and govt, accc should accept this and regulate accordingly.

What we have every right to complain about is the legacy of almost 20 yrs of muddling, meddling govt intervention in the in the industry that had done nothing more than create the illusion of competition - where none naturally exists. Each time TLS proposes anything innovative, the govt and accc raise the red flag and decide how to squander whatever TLS proposes on the telco wannabees. These supposed competitors are the real problem - rent seekers one and all - keeping TLS and its customers firmly in the 20th century.

Message is - take the shackles of TLS, let the facade of competition die a natural and be prepared to regulate to ensure a fair deal for all.
