govt submission and sa

Just found this submission (link below) - i hadn't seen it before and i dig around for stuff on CNM quite a bit, so i thought you might have missed it too. Nothing really new in it but still interesting for keen CNM watchers:

Also, there seems to be a bit of interest brewing in SA which is encouraging. The 'article' below was the first reference i have seen that stated "The project would require $145 million in federal funds and $20 million in State funds":
