spose that works - beat the rockspyder within an inch of his life so he gets damages awarded then his vic's can claim against him - then once the vic's claims are settled they can finish the job - but hang on they are usually in protective custody aren't they so hard to get at them - here's an idea - why don't we just compensate his vic's properly in the first place and thus cut the lawyers out of it - then when the crims do wangle it so they get access to him they can go that last inch in the first place and be done with it
