the Namibians - or more importantly those with clout and only little wallets (at present) - realise that there is more to the resource than the resource - the question is how do they get "more" without it, from a political point of view scaring off outside "investment" - imho the Namibs, with the help of spin doctors?, have just kicked the game off - so, imho, far better for the explorers to play the game with the Namibs in order that the baby is not thrown out with the bath water - if approached properly the "greed" of both parties may well lead to more profitable opportunities and fatter wallets for both parties - the ordinary Namib might benefit as well; that would be a first - heaven forbid.
